The Town Center, located on the site of the former Robber’s Roost Golf Course, will offer 348,000 square feet of commercial space and will open for business in late 2014.

During the groundbreaking event, Phil Wilson, Principal of RealtyLink, identified the big box stores that have committed to Coastal North Town Center. They include Publix, TJ Maxx, Ulta Beauty, Hobby Lobby, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ross Dress for Less, Rack Room Shoes, PetSmart, and Versona Accessories. RealtyLink will identify outparcel tenants at a later date. The outparcel tenants will be a mix of restaurants and smaller retail stores.

Financing for the project is provided by NBSC. The general contractor for the project is Vannoy Construction. We thank Coastal Carolina National Bank for providing refreshments for the event.
