Salute from the Shore III

July 3, 2012 North Myrtle Beach, SC – For the third year in a row, beach-goers up and down the salute flagGrand Strand to Folly Beach will be treated to a patriotic spectacular event and it is interactive – meaning you get to participate.

Carry a big flag, a small flag or wear red, white and blue and show up on the beach before 1 pm on the Fourth of July.  If you do you will be part of Salute from the Shore III.

Five F-16s from the 79th Fighter Squadron “The Flying Tigers” of the 20th Fighter Wing stationed at Shaw Air Force Base will fly from the North Carolina line at Little River to Folly Beach, SC. They will be taking pictures of the field of red, white and blue on the shore.
